We specialize in Fresh Juicy Sweet Roasted Corn on  the Cob and Large Delicious Baked Potatoes. Since we are not a full  service food vendor we are able to spend the personalized time necessary in cooking and preparation to be rewarded with mouth watering snacks time and time again drawing a consistent customer approval rating of 10.  OK OK you got me, that is not completely true. We have had a handful of disgruntled customers that have voiced their disappointment and only rated us at 9.5 and because of that I here-by publicly promise to never  run out of toothpicks again.
 

Our corn is roasted in the husk and shucked to order thereby retaining the moisture and releasing that sweet roasted corn aroma just as you are  served. Garlic flavored butter is our favorite but we also have a wide variety of other condiments that you can use to suit your own taste.
 

Our Idaho Russet Potatoes are super sized at around one pound each and  will satisfy a hungry man's appetite. They are cooked to a creamy consistency that melts in your mouth and are served piping hot with a tasty choice of fresh toppings that will enhance the flavor even more.  Take your pick of Crispy Hickory Smoked Bacon, Fresh Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sauteed Garlic Flavored Mushrooms, Sour Cream, Butter and Scallions. Be advised that they will knock your socks off but be aware if you are not wearing any!
 

If your sweet tooth needs attention try our Rich Frozen New York Style Cheesecake on a stick. It is dipped into Hot Chocolate as you watch and  then served to you as the chocolate hardens to a creamy smoothness. Did I just hear someone say "I'll take two" ?
 

We support many Festivals, Street Fairs, Concerts, Carnivals, Sporting  Events and Rodeos. We will even do your private party if you think that we might be a good addition to your menu or we could be your menu.
